1. General
These terms govern the use of the Tripwelo website at tripwelo.com in all country and language versions. The website is operated by Justyna Zielińska, WebFirmPL, Heinz-Steyer-Ring 11
06849 Dessau-Roßlau
Germany, email: kontakt@tripwelo.com. Using the website is free of charge and does not require registration.
2. Nature of the content
We publish travel guides, inspiration and advice for information purposes. We aim to keep them accurate and up to date, but prices, opening hours, timetables, entry and visa rules and the security situation can change. Before you travel, check current information at the source, in particular official government travel advice and the websites of carriers. Our content is not legal, medical or financial advice.
3. Use of artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools when creating our content, for example to research and organise information, prepare drafts, translate and create illustrations. Every article is reviewed and edited by our editorial team, which is responsible for its content. Images generated with AI are labelled “Illustration”; they are indicative and may not accurately show what places really look like.
4. External links and partner offers
The website contains links to external websites; their operators are responsible for their content. Some links may be affiliate links – if you make a purchase or booking, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links do not influence our editorial assessment. Booking or purchase contracts are concluded directly with the respective provider.
5. Copyright
Texts, photos, graphics, layout and marks on this website are protected by law. You may use them for your own private purposes and quote short excerpts with a source credit and link. Copying, distribution or commercial use requires our consent. We expressly reserve the right to prohibit automated retrieval of our content and its use for text and data mining, including training AI models, without our consent.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully, in a way that disrupts its operation (e.g. attacks, mass automated requests) or infringes the rights of others, or send unlawful content or unsolicited advertising through the contact form.
7. Contact and reports
You can send questions, comments and correction requests via the contact form or by email. We deal with reports of unlawful content without delay.
8. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of our content or for services of third parties. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to rights that cannot be excluded by contract, including consumer rights.
9. Privacy
How we process personal data and use cookies is explained in our privacy policy.
10. Final provisions
We may amend these terms, for example due to changes in law or in the website’s features; the current version is always available on this page. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
